YouTubeにハリガネムシ動画をアップした．撮影地とか撮影年月日も入力したけど，どこに表示されるのかな？あとはTerms of Useを一応読まないと……．重要なのはこの辺かな．

However, by submitting the User Submissions to YouTube, you hereby grant YouTube a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions in connection with the YouTube Website and YouTube's (and its successor's) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the YouTube Website (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. You also hereby rant each user of the YouTube Website a non-exclusive license to access your User Submissions through the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform such User Submissions as permitted through the functionality of the Website and under these Terms of Service.

• YouTubeに非独占的な使用権を許諾する（"in any media formats and through any media channels"という辺りはMOMOの規約改正の参考になるかも）
• YouTubeのユーザーにも非独占的なアクセス権，使用，複写(?)，配布，派生物を作成する権利を許諾する

MOMOも教育・研究目的に限ればかなり自由にいろいろできるが，YouTubeは非商用なら二次利用オッケーってこと？でも，意味が理解できない文があったり，動画はYouTubeのモノ?：YouTube Owns Our Contents?-No.という話もあり，Terms of Useの読み方は難しい．
